Considered the modern master of the animated film, Hayao Miyazaki and his compatriots have produced a wealth of entertainment over the years, yet only a few have been officially released on DVD in the U.S. and none of the studio's other work. Meanwhile, in their homeland, the Japanese are enjoying an embarrassment of riches as Studio Ghibli opens their vaults for both DVDs and reissues of the CD soundtracks.
